A floral reinterpretation of the classic margarita featuring Pequeña Raíz Raicilla, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lime.
Bright citrus, delicate botanicals, and layered agave character create a crisp, elegant finish.
Ingredients:
1 oz Pequeña Raíz Raicilla
½ oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
½ oz Orange Liqueur
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Build:
Shake with ice until thoroughly chilled. Serve over fresh ice in a hibiscus salt-rimmed glass.
Garnish with dehydrated lime and fresh rosemary. 🏔️🥃
