Under its official Denomination of Origin rules, raicilla can legally range from 35% to 55% ABV, but most artisanal expressions lean heavily toward the higher end. Traditional, small-batch producers prioritize capturing the complex flavors of the agave rather than diluting the spirit with water. Our Raicilla is bottled at 45% ABV | 90 proof. Less dilution.
